Siemens Gamesa wins GE offshore wind patent case in US
An American court has banned GE from selling, importing and installing its flagship Haliade-X offshore wind turbines, which infringe a Siemens Gamesa patent, in the US, although GE has been allowed to use the turbines at two offshore wind farms off Massachusetts and New Jersey.
