US judge ‘inclined’ to grant Siemens Gamesa injunction against GE offshore wind turbines
A US judge said he is inclined to grant Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) an injunction against GE turbines that infringe an SGRE patent. The hearing was held today (28 July) in US District Court in Boston.
