German developer VSB has acquired the rights to a 170MW wind-solar hybrid project in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship of western Poland.
It plans to develop a project with up to 70MW of wind power capacity, and up to 100MW of solar PV capacity.
The wind power component would feature ten turbines with power ratings of 7MW.
It has not confirmed who it bought the project from, how much it paid for it, whether the deal has been completed, or when the project could start commercial operations.
VSB aims to have the project ready for construction by the end of 2023.
