French developer Valorem has secured €145 million in funding to build their 148.5MW Matkussaari wind farm in Ostrobothnia, western Finland.
The project is due to consist of 27 turbines with power ratings of 5.5MW, and is expected to cost €195 million.
Construction is due to start in March 2022 ahead of commissioning in January 2025.
