Energy trader Alpiq has signed a deal to buy all the output from Renewable Power Capital’s 82.5MW Merkkikallio wind farm in Southern Ostrobothnia, south-west Finland.
The wind farm is to consist of 15 of GE’s 5.5-158 turbines, and is expected online in 2022.
