The 525MW Aviator Ìýproject is the Japanese utility’s fifth overseas buy-in to date and the first renewable project on US soil ever.
It has previously taken stakes in the UK’s Triton Knowl and Moray East offshore projects, as well as the Piiparinmäki wind farm in Finland and the Republic of Ireland’s Evalair site, both onshore.
