Offer prices ranged from €59.08/MWh to €69.18/MWh in the tender for wind projects below 50MW in capacity.
EDP Renewables said its 30MW Chalkodonio wind farm in central Greece was one of the nine projects that was assigned a 20-year contract for difference in the auction.
In a separate solar photovoltaic (PV) tender, RAE awarded 142.88MW with a weighted average bidding price of €62.78/MWh, 9.37% below the ceiling price.
RAE had initially planned to tender as much as 300MW each of wind and solar, but said in June it had received proposals for only 261.75MW in wind and 200.26MW in solar.
The Hellenic Wind Energy Association had expected the auction to be undersubscribed, pointing to a lack of mature wind projects in the country.
It has called on regulator to simplify permitting procedures and take measures to comply with licensing deadlines.
