Thinner suction bucket concept awarded grant

DENMARK: A consortium comprising Siemens Gamesa, Fred Olsen Windcarrier and Aalborg University claims its industrialised suction bucket design is capable of reducing the thickness of the steel plate used in the previous foundation design.
