The manufacturer will also service the G114-2MW models under a long-term operations and maintenance (O&M) agreement.

The turbines are due to be installed in the second quarter of next year, with the site scheduled to go online by the end of 2018, SGRE said.

SGRE did not identify the owner of the Xilinhot site when it announced the order.

Gamesa had provided turbines for the 200MW Meiguiying II project in Inner Mongolia, 164MW Yangchajie site in Yunnan and 86 other projects in China before the two companies merged in April of this year.

Siemens, meanwhile, supplied turbines for the 152MW site and for 48.3MW of the 150MW Rudong Intertidal project — both off the coast of Rudong county in easterly Jiangsu province.

It will also supply turbines for the 300MW Leting project in Tanshan due online in 2020, according to , the research and data division of “uåX˜äŠÊ˜·³Ç.
