The German manufacturer will supply its new 3.4M140 low-speed turbine to the projects, following the completion of permitting and success in Germany's auctions.
"Germany is and remains a core market for Senvion," said Senvion CEO Jurgen Geissinger.
The total capacity of the framework will depend on the projects that win approval and auction support.
However, EnBW head of onshore renewables, Franc Schutz, said the firm is targeting 1GW of onshore wind by 2020.
"For us, the cooperation with Senvion is a further way to succeed with competitive offers in the new tender system."
Senvion lost considerable ground in its onshore home market last year. In 2016, it installed 106 turbines totalling 314MW accounting for 7.1% of the overall German onshore market of 4.4GW.
By comparison, in 2015 Senvion installed 244 turbines adding up to 734MW, accounting for 19.5% of the overall onshore market of 3.75GW, according to onshore wind energy agency FA Wind.
