Windicator: Feelgood factor

WORLDWIDE: The last quarter of the year traditionally sees rapid growth for wind power, and late predictions see no exception for 2015.

In the US, the usual year-end rush to complete projects pushed additional capacity for the year to nearly 6GW, second only to China with about 20GW. In Europe, Serbia made its debut with 9.9MW of installed wind capacity, while Germany continued to grow at a good pace. In Latin America and Africa, the star performers were Mexico, Uruguay and South Africa.
