The companies have signed a framework agreement that will allow Atlas to provide staff for all of Dong's UK offshore developments over the next 60 months.
Atlas has already been issued with 60 positions to fill, ranging from secretaries to installation managers. Around 100 contractors are expected to be hired every year under the agreement.
While the majority of staff will be provided for the company's UK projects, the framework agreement does cover some developments in Denmark. Atlas' UK division was chosen following a competitive tendering process.
Dong is the world's largest offshore wind developer and the leader in the UK market. It is currently developing a number of large UK projects, including the nearly complete Westermost Rough.
