Brazil to enter offshore sector with 12MW project
BRAZIL: Developer Eólica Brasil said it aims to kick start the first 1GW of its 11.2GW "Asa Branca" offshore wind development, in Ceará state, with a 12MW pilot project in 2016 followed by a 258MW demonstrator in 2017.
