Senvion will construct 33 of its MM82 turbines, each with a nameplate capacity of 2.05MW, on the Strathy North wind farm in Sutherland in the far north of the country.
The turbines are due to be installed in early 2015, with the project expected to be fully operational by the end of that year. Consent was granted for the wind farm in 2012.
This is the fourth project the two companies have worked on together, all of which have been in the north of Scotland.
The site lies seven kilometres from Stathy village in an area of commercial forestry plantation.
Senvion is a fully-owned subsidiary of Indian turbine manufacturer Suzlon.
