Huayi wins 91MW deal in China

CHINA: Huayi Electric Apparatus Group (Heag) has won a CNY 348 million ($57 million) contract to supply 91MW to two projects in the south and east of China.

Heag will supply its 1.5MW turbine to two wind farms, one located in southern China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the other in Zhejiang province, east China.

The first deal is for 33 1.5MW wind turbines valued in total around CNY 191 million. The machines, aggregating 49.5MW, will be delivered to the Quanzhou Liuzijie wind farm in Guangxi.

The second deal is for the Huangyan wind farm in Zhejiang for 28 1.5MW turbines totalling 42MW, worth CNY 157.5 million. 

Both deals cover the supply of wind turbines and parts, as well as technical services.
