Cape Wind said the cables would be installed in a series of duct banks between the point of landfall and the electric grid interconnection at the NStar substation.
The duct banks are being constructed by Lawrence-Lynch.
This is one of a number of deals to be signed off by Cape Wind in recent months. Last month, Bladt Industries and EEW Special Pipe Constructions won the contract to supply the foundations.
In December, Siemens formally signed an agreement to supply the 468MW Cape Wind project, off the coast of Massachusetts, with 130 of its 3.6MW turbines.
The project has received support from Denmark in the form of a a $600 million loan guarantee from Danish credit agency EKF.
The much-delayed project moved a step closer to financial closure last June, following a $200 million investment commitment from another Danish investor, PensionDanmark.
