He talks about the need for the company to be flexible in its manufacturing to deal with expanding and contracting markets.
However, he adds that the company is not "expecting big and important additional restructuring in the next years".
While he says that Spain's policy direction is still to some degree "unclear", Etxeberria makes it clear that he thinks that installations and investment in the country will not recover in the next three to five years.
