The deal was signed with GeoSea, which was awarded the contract to install the monopiles at the 277MW German North Sea project.
During the construction phase, ecological consultancy Baker will monitor noise levels as well as track the behaviour of marine mammals such as harbour porpoise in the area.
GeoSea started using its Pacific Orca vessel to carry out piling operations in January.
The wind farm is located 37 kilomtres from the north-west coast of Germany. The development is expected to supply first power this year.
