Work on placing the foundations will begin in 2015, with the two wind farms expected to be online in the second half of 2016.
Both developments will feature the new Siemens 6MW turbine with a 154-metre rotor.
Danish company Bladt Industries won the contract to build the 97 foundations for the project and is set to start construction in the third quarter of 2014.
In November 2012, Dong said that its expect the projects to be "realised faster" than previously planned. This was due the fact that both have received an unconditional grid connection guarantee and a specific connection completion date from transmission system operator Tennet.
A timescale has not been outlined for Gode Wind 3.
