Trump's wind farm legal challenge date set

UK: Donald Trump's legal challenge against a wind farm off the Aberdeen coast, north Scotland, has been set for November.

American businessman and TV personality Donald Trump is launching the bid to stop the £230 million project, which is near his golf course in Balmadie, Aberdeenshire.

The four day hearing will take place from 12 November at the Court of Session.

A Scottish Courts Service spokeswoman said: "There is a four-day hearing fixed for the petition for judicial review on 12 November at the Court of Session."
