The facility will be located at Emden, northwest Germany, and will act as an operations and maintenance base. Construction starts this summer.
OutSmart said the first customer would be Trianel, which is currently developing the Borkum West II project.
Speaking about the deal, OutSmart Asset Management managing director Dennis Schiricke said: "Our dedicated team and our IT systems enable us to coordinate different wind farms with different control systems at the same time."
