Hochtief has acquired North Sea “uåX˜äŠÊ˜·³Ç 4-7 projects (NSWP 4-7), from the project developer Enova for an undisclosed purchase price. The projects are located between 160 and 200 kilometres from the island of Borkum in the German North Sea.
The projects will be developed alongside Enova until receiving authorisation from the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH).
Hochtief Offshore was launched in February with a view to acquiring project concessions and progressing them to the point of construction before selling them on.
The deal included the 560MW Nautilus II North Sea project that Ventizz acquired from PNE Wind in November last year. PNE said it will continue to develop the project until approval has been granted.
