The project, which is located in Jackson County, is currently under construction. It is expected to be complete by the end of the year.
Dexia Credit Local, Societe Generale, Cobank, Lloyds TSB and Banco Santander are among the lenders for the project. This includes a 15-year term loan.
Under the terms of the deal, the project will be sold to Union Bank and Met Life who will then lease it back to enXco.
Lakefield will use 137 GE 1.5MW turbines. It also has a 20-year PPA with Indianapolis Power and Light.
