CHINA: Ningxia Development and Reform Commission has granted approval to Ningxia Yinxing Energy and its subsidiary, Ningxia Yinyi Wind Power, to build two wind farms in Ningxia.

UNITED STATES: CapX2020, a group of 11 utility companies, has proposed a 10.6-mile transmission line from Brookings, South Dakota to Hampton, Minnesota.
