According to the plan, renewable energy should represent 24% of all electricity by 2020 and wind should account for roughly 7% of renewable electricity generation. Wind, which is seen ranking third behind hydroelectric and biomass power, should represent 1.6% of all electricity by 2020.
It is unclear when the plan will be submitted to the commission. One delaying factor is the June 30 deadline, which came ahead of the formation of a new government.
